This feeling of resentment can make you feel like you can do anything, Be able to take roots in minds and give painful stings, Of pain and anger to people unknowing, While the real reason for jealousy keeps growing and spreading. Jealousy attracts the weak, the strong, the angels, and the devils, Drawing us to itself like the beautiful flower’s petals, And jealousy’s stem, where Man’s insecurities reside, Sustains that envy through Man’s pride. Each of us must know that jealousy branches off of low self-esteem, But we can prevent this feeling; of happiness and peace we can dream.
